Does cardio at all help you maintain leg mass or build any legs mass. Lets say even if you jog on a maximum incline?
And lets say you are eating at a slight deficit.

Look crappy, IMO. So much space between arm/forearm which doesn't have muscle. Long insert looks better.
This. I have short inserts and absolutely hate them. Praying that when I actually get some muscle on my body they will look better.
