Does cardio at all help you maintain leg mass or build any legs mass. Lets say even if you jog on a maximum incline?

Short inserts look crappy, IMO. Sure they are easier to peak, but a longer insert looks better once filled out
Work harder, smarter, and longer - overtraining is simply a state of mind.

Look crappy, IMO. So much space between arm/forearm which doesn't have muscle. Long insert looks better.

Left side is obviously more comparable to the earlier one posted

This. I have short inserts and absolutely hate them. Praying that when I actually get some muscle on my body they will look better.

Found a meet in my state March 16th, figure I should just do it to get my feet wet before I do something more serious.
Also that'd be the end of Coan/Philipi DL routine so it'd line up perfectly.

USAPL is the most legit IMO. It's a little rigid but it's drug tested, the judging is strict, and you get medals like the olympics!
