    What do you guys think to this programme, has anyone had any experience of it? is it any good? would you reccomend it?

    i havent tried it, but there is no shorcut to size except for celltech, its takes years of good diet, hard lifting and progessive overload. xx

    just saw the routine needs more frequency IMO
