    This was actually really funny, but in ALL seriousness u need to just mix Protein with water/milk and drink it. I use 2 scoops (55g) and same for the creatine. I usually take creatine in capsule form though cause it takes really bad..:S


    EDIT: Creatine only take around 6-8g a day. Protein 55g a day or more depending on your work out.

    1. You take protein whenever your unable to hit your goal of so and so amount of proteins. So if you havent taken enough today, do it.
    2. Milk and whey in blender or shaker
    3. During workout with water.
    A simple hello can lead to a million different things.
