numero uno you're going to need to eat some more calories..
eating 1400 calories per day @ 200lbs isn't gonna do much for your existing muscle
beyond that consider taking a look at ErgoShred as an option for a thermogenic - its the highest rated product in the category in the bb.com store, and with good reason!Picking things up and putting them down since '09

Company reps are going to suggest their products - because that's what they're supposed to do.
Nothing against BigJaz or Ergogenix, but I dont think his information is entirely accurate. (unless Im looking at it wrong?)
Searching the store for far burners and sorting by "highest rated" shows ErgoShred as #5, not #1.

With that being said, I would recommend the #1 on that list Applied Nutriceuticals Fat Free or the new Muscletech Hydroxycut Hardcore Elite to help lose the extra weight.

i too suggest you up your calories
at 1400 calories you're gonna be using muscle and fat as your fuel source for your body
losing fat while maintaining muscle is no easy feet, it takes time and effort to do that
losing weight on the other hand is much easier, a massive caloric deficit over a certain period of time will do it, but as i said before you will most likely lose muscle in conjunction with fat
i would find out your basic metabolic rate, then go at around 200-300 caloric def so you dont lose too much muscle
not gonna say im pro with fat burners, but a lot are just caffeine or green tea extracts, which you can prob buy in bulk cheaper, but like i said, im not expert as i believe there is no magic pill for this

You weigh 203 and you're eating 1400 cals a day? Goodbye sweet muscle. I recommend having a solid diet in place, not what you have now. Diet and exercise are the best ways to retain muscle. My advice is to not look for a fat burner, but to head to the nutrition section and do some reading.

I strongly suggest OxyElitePro. I used that during my first months of getting back into training and shred 20 lbs. But also I had a good strong diet and weight trained my ass off. I did not do but maybe 2 hours of cardio total during that three month period. So really, give it a shot.
Also up your calories and try to get your nutrients from good hearty natural foods man, will make a huge difference. We are what we eat, literally.

To be honest, what I have found that works for me, may not work for another person and vice versa. I would try to get some samples from the reps on the boards (most have links in there sigs to free samples) and then go from there. For my recommendations I like Controlled Labs REDuction and Muscle Pharms Shred Matrix the best.
