Monday - Chest and triceps
Tuesday-Back and biceps + abs
Wednesday - Legs
Thursday - Shoulders + abs
Friday - rest
Saturday - Full body work out + abs
So...Basically exercise each muscle group only once a week...Is this okay for hypertrophy?Should I change my work out routine??? Any comments are more than welcome
