Question Will this routine lead to overtraining?

I have made some progress every week but not sure if it's as efficient as it could be
I usually do 5 exercises with 4 sets of 10-12 reps, (5x5 for squats and deadlifts only) a 20-21 set total with 1 min rest intervals

    Mon Chest/tri
    TUE Legs/abs
    WED Back/bis
    THR off
    FRI Chest/tris
    SAT Back/bis
    SUN off

I've read too many conflicting threads/posts..Could this be limiting my progress?

Reading too many conflicting threads/posts definitely can limit progress.

The "overtraining" bugaboo gets thrown around these forums far too often by posters who have no idea what really is overtraining. As long as you're making progress as you describe, you'll be fine. The workout volume sounds pretty reasonable, and keeping Squats/Deads in a 5x5 isn't gonna kill your CNS too much.

What will help you the most is learning about deloading. When you see signs that you need a deload, follow the tips to assist w/ that recovery.

    ^^^^This.

Can't make it any more plain.
