I have still yet to see anyone even come close to doing the full stack at my gym let alone adding these little weights on top on this machine.
Just goes to show that this isnt one of those types of pulley systems that is easy to do. This is a real 255lbs or more.
And the greatest thing about this exercise is that it mainly uses all chest. There is very little tricep activation on this. So basically im moving 255 lbs with just my chest.
This is an all time personal record for sets of and reps. Did 255 for 4 sets of 4 reps with 5mins in between.
This was the 3rd set.
weighed 220 lbs here. After doing this i drank another soy and whole butter shake with some wedding soup and grean beans so i dont know what i weighed after it.
Did 8 exercises before even doing this and still set a personal record and i ran at the track earlier in the day. Im going to need to buy more little weights to stack on top of this machine.
This machine is so tough that it doesnt even have anything made so that you can stack more weight on it. I just somehow put them on there.
The machine goes up to 205.. Then the 10 lbs additional weight gives it 215. Then i added another 40 lbs in weights.
Just goes to show how extremely powerful my 49 inch all natural chest is. Wow. My chest is just incredible.

I could be up to 50 inches soon if i keep this up. wow dropped 15 lbs and up to 50 inches.. Thats pretty fun. But only if i make sure to eat more soy and butter. Ill have to eat alot then go re measure.. But ill have to measure when i get done lifting. Im in my basement now thinking how i can get more weight on this machine. I have 4 different methods that im considering given the situational aspects of the design of this machine and how much resistance i can get with different things.. uh what else.. Duct tape could be my best option in getting more weight to this machine. looks like i can put a 45 lb plate on top of pin then duct tape it all around... still thinking about it and then eating. Need some potato chips.
