Dear log,
I need to rest. I'm still super sore from training lower body on Tuesday and I couldn't even finish today. My lower back got kind of sore after squats so I left out deadlifts and pull throughs. Have you ever had a hard time walking out of the gym? Feels amazing!!!

Long time indeed. Well, in short, I moved to a different country, went from stress-less student life to working 50-60 hrs/week in business (demanding but very cool too) and gained about 15 lbs of fat in the process. Ai. But that's pretty much my life right now, and as of this morning I'm finally starting to incorporate lifting again as well! Ripped on Christmas in the making.
How are you brotatoe?
(sorry for trashing your log MiscD)

I don't have time for rest! Haha. Well tomorrow is my rest day so I'll be spending most of the day sleeping. Oh how I love my lazy Sundays
Very glad you're back. You are super awesome Dex. Just aware yourself on that 250lb deadlift I hit the other day! I changed my routine also. Now I'm running PHAT with a few adjustments here and there to fit my liking nomsayin.
Never. I don't mindPatience, dedication, drive.

Dear log,
I'll be going to a late Halloween party tonight LOL. Didn't do anything last week so my family wanted to make up for it tonight. At least we got everything half off. I took 2 scoops of Craze pre-workout and I was hyper as fuark in the gym. Didn't even want to rest between sets but kind of had to force myself to because I rushed into inclined presses too fast and couldn't get 10 reps. So what who cares. My curls are getting better
Chest & Arms Hyper
Flat DB Press
35 x 12 x 3 first time doing 3 sets with 35's
Inclined DB Press

Apologizing in advance if I post drunken pics of me in my discounted Halloween costume.Patience, dedication, drive.

Quit being forever alone Kyle! Thanks. I wasn't a fan of spider curls at first but I like them now, probably more than hammer and regular DB curls
I was a referee but didn't get any pics on my phone! They're probably on ******** though and mine is not active at the moment. Don't be mad at meeeePatience, dedication, drive.

How does it feel to outlift the majority of the misc?
“Go back?" he thought. "No good at all! Go sideways? Impossible! Go forward? Only thing to do! On we go!" So up he got, and trotted along with his little sword held in front of him and one hand feeling the wall, and his heart all of a patter and a pitter.”
