Hey everyone, looking for some advice on what I should do to my current meal plan to start losing fat. I have moved from about 118 to 147 lbs. Need to lose some of the extra pounds.
I currently workout seven days a week, lift Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Do some form of cardio Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday.
Any advice is great.
