Damn son. **** sounds weaker than me! I dropped 23 lbs from starting school (damn ******** got me) but at the same time since being in school (middle, high, and even undergrad) got a straight A semester! Granted lifts are waaayyyy lower so I know the feeling. Damn near killed myself deadlifting Knowthatfeelbro.jpg.
Oh and cut loose the gf. She turned psycho.

Well if you're mirin now then please stay tuned for some actual lifts to be logged. This next cut is coming up in January! I'm kind of excited for it but then again I'm not because I'm gonna have to get used to tracking again. I honestly think I can cut on 2100 cals this time around vs. the 1500 I was doing last time. That sht was torture...guess I will adjust as I go
Hey Elliot thanks! Hope you had a good holiday too. As far as the lifting thing goes...I kinda sorta lift. Friggin December has not been my month at all. I've had a nice little break but now it's time to put in work...2013 come at mePatience, dedication, drive.

I'm here! I got an e-mail that someone replied to my log I don't think I'll be logging anymore or at least not for a long time, probably won't do much posting here at all. Need a break from it to be honest. Good news though! Since getting back to training, post injury and surgery, my lifts have all increased. I'm super happy with my bench progression since increasing the volume. Now I can do 100 x 8 which I've never done before. I started benching twice a week which is also helping. Deads at first were difficult due to my lower back being weak as fuk but I did 205 again yesterday and it flew up no problem. So basically everything is looking up and I'm super excited to see where my progress goes with my new take on training and by this I just mean more volume, higher reps. I'm not trying to max out on anything anymore but I still lift heavy without the stress of number chasing which is what I was doing before...not very physically healthy or mentally imo
Ha! Actually, I haven't eaten peanut butter since my last cut (mid August). I put on a good 24lbs by just eating and basically not giving a fuk lol. Somewhere in that weight I think I've put on a good amount of muscle and officially started my 2nd cut this past Monday. I learned enough last time so I don't make the same mistakes. No more pints of Ben & Jerry's weekly, pretty much going to stay on a stricter, cleaner (yes cleaner) diet. That mental break was nice though...OH I've started out at 2200 calories so no more 1500 bs. I'll adjust as I go but other than that I think this is going to be a good year for mePatience, dedication, drive.

I wasn't going to say this at all...but yes since you brought it up I plan on registering this Friday. THE HORRID BEFORE PICS AFTER putting on 24lbs oh lawd. I've lost some water weight so I don't think it'll be too bad. That motivation, I'm ready for it. What about you?
Patience, dedication, drive.

Thanks OG
ErickStevens why you say these hurtful things. Alright so multiple things happened: got injured, had surgery, was out recovering for a few weeks, lifts went down then got back in gym, lifts went back up then my fckin laptop broke. Very hard to log from this here phone...I may get back to it soon because MiscD is no quitter!
