Didn't get a video this time but kept this in mind the whole time today. I'm getting there! I'm going to have to try conventional too...I just found that I prefer sumo
This fall when I go back to school I'll be doing IIFYC, maintenance that is, since I want to focus on building strength and get back to cutting in January so I'll be good to go by the summer time. First bikini competition here I come!Patience, dedication, drive.

My entire body is so sore right now and I have no idea how I made it through today's workout. My rows kind of suffered because I could feel the soreness in my triceps from the other day. This is what I get for being a go getter and trying to do pullups on the big girl bar last night. I swear I don't learn...mama says I over do it. LOL

Dear log,
My bench sucked today. Although honestly, I'd rather hit PR's with deads and squats. Still going to try for 100 next time just to see if I can get it. Also decided that now's the time to add in more accessory lifts to get the striations in my shoulders to pop more, just because I think it's cool looking. It might be hard to tell in my pics but I can see and feel my body fat going down in my midsection so I think these refeeds are actually beneficial. I knew I wasn't just making an excuse to eat like a fatty!

Chadillac2000 recommended Cinnamon Buns to me BUT Wal-Mart didn't have it. BOOOO
Went with Chocolate Therapy instead and was not disappoint. So delicious!

I wanted to Hulk smash something when I found that Wal-Mart didn't carry it. This is how I know I'm a fatty at heart...lolololol I had so many carbs yesterday that I don't think adding a banana at that point would've hurt. Will try next time. Bench is suffering at the moment and kind of disappoint but I'll get over it.

Woke up this morning and tummy was growling so I had a bowl of cottage cheese with frozen blueberries and a scoop of Muscle Pharm's Cookies N Cream whey. Headed to the gym right after and did 20 minutes on the stairclimber, 102 floors, 2.1 miles and a couple laps in the gym pool followed by more swimming at my apartment's pool. Volleyball later. Gotta love the summer time!
