Dear log,
Took a long nap and woke up still tired as fuark. A PB sammich helped get me pumped for the gym LOL. Anyway I did cardio and abs only
1 hour on treadmill, ran for 45 minutes straight for the first time ever (hell yeah!) and walked the remaining time. I ran 4.3 miles and all together did 5.28 miles and didn't know if I felt great after or wanted to pass out. JK I felt awesome
After that just did some ab work even though my abs are still sore from yesterday. Unfortunately don't have any food pron because I completely fudged up my protein pancakes this morning. They ended up in the trash instead of in my stomach....fail. Oh well! About to hit the hay since it's late and gotta be at work in 6 hoursPatience, dedication, drive.

Fukk, I can never watch your vids on my phone.
But congrats on inspiring someone! That's seriously the most motivating and rewarding thing about this whole process. I've helped my mom and some friends in the past, it's the best feeling in the world having someone want to better themself because of you.
I'm gonna hit up the campus pool this weekend for some studying/lounging/people watching..and let the young college girls mire my aestheticsTransformation Journal:

Dear log,
Trying to get my deadlift form down and of course I'm moving the weight up at the same time, which is kind of tough. Got a vid below (and since I know you'll see this, thanks Will!) Will is the guy I mentioned in the very beginning asking, "You're not deadlifting again today are you?" Lolololol
Tried some cottage cheese with Muscle Pharm's (my fav) Cookies N Cream and threw in a cup of mixed berries. Mmmm Mmmm mmmm! My new favorite snack. Shiz is nasty without some flavor. Necon will probably say it looks like sh*t but I don't care because it actually was berry good! Get it? uhhhh yeeeaaah....

I wasn't planning on doing them but I couldn't resist. Normally only do these twice a week but I may even do them again today. I only tried CC because of you! (srs)
I actually do think I'm getting too bulky and might just want to tone for now, nomsayin? LololololololPatience, dedication, drive.

Looks awwwesome! Captain Crunch with berries is one of my top 5 favorite cereals and yes definitely tracking the macros. The macros for the cottage cheese, protein and berries are 3 F/ 38 C/ 48 P which is pretty damn good since I'm only allowed 50 grams of fat a day....

I like to keep my carbs high (if you can tell lol) but it's very difficult keeping fats so low. To be completely honest for about the past month I've been doing IIFYC instead of IIFYM and haven't been getting enough protein. Some days I'll only get 80 g of protein because fats and carbs are just so yummy. I fail
Patience, dedication, drive.
