Question regarding EFA Lean Gold and Ab Cuts Sleek & Lean. Too much fatty acids?

I'm currently taking EFA Lean Gold (3 softgels)
omega 3 acids 925mg
omega 6 acids 917mg
conjugated linoleic acid CLA 390mg
omega 9 acids 550mg

I also got a free bottle of Revolution Ab Cut Sleek & Lean to try .. since free .. wanted to try and see how it was.
Proprietary Blend 735.5mg
CLA (conjugated linoeic acid 80%)
Raspberry Ketone
L-Carnitine
Coleus Forskohlii
Borage Oil
Flaxseed oil
Fish oil
Sesame Seed oil
Vitamin E

This says to take 2-3 softgels 2 or 3 times a day. Is taking this with the EFA Lean Gold ok?? Is it too much fatty acid???
