I'm currently 6ft1in weighing in around 158-160 eating around 3,000 calories per day while trying to bulk to 170-175. What about y'all though I know it's beach season and all but I'd like to put some more size on since i'm pretty tall for my size but just wondering if you all are bulking or cutting at the moment?

Between 3k - 4k, on a bulk but doing a bit of running training at the moment so having to compensate a lot of calories.

You and I have an inch difference in height barely. Same weight pending your stats are correct. Cutting below 2k would be far to low for me, I did it for a year and got nowhere fast other than skinny fat and am now bulking on almost 2700 to gain LBM. I could easily cut 1/2-1lb a week on 2250-2350, maybe more. p.s. other than my hour long gym session at best, I do nothing all day and sit at a desk.Originally Posted by JeffyDOS
