hey im new to the forums but i have been looking on it lately as a guest and i was wondering if my eating habbits are alright
Breakfast(same every day)
2 eggs over easy fat: 10g carbs: 2g protein: 15g 160 calories
2 slices of wheat bread fat: 2g carbs: 26g protein: 4g 140 calores calories
probably water or green tea
Total Calories 300 Fat:12g Carbs:51g Protein 19g
Lunch (same every day)
2 slices of wheat bread (see above)
Dietz and Watson Santa fea Turkey breast (dont have a meat weigher so i dont kno how much of this i eat) fat: 2.5g Carbs: 1g Protein: 12g per 2oz serving 60 calories
Non Fat Yogurt fat: 0g Carbs: 19g Protein: 8-5g calories 100-120(differnt kinds of yogurt)
and an apple
Total Calories fat: about 6g carbs: about 46g Protein: around 17-20g
I dont have a choice over dinnner as i am only 14 and btw i go to school 5 days a week like everyone else. I also lift 2 days a week for football then 1 at my house bc the seniors get teh weightroom mon wend friday so we only get 2 days. ive only been lifting for a year so i can onlly bench 105 3 sets of 12. thanks for reading
edit: i weight 120 and im kinda on the skinnier side but i have seen those beginners gains from when i first started
