I have searched the forums, and all over the web for a straight answer and I haven't found one. Some people say 48 hours, some say 72. If I do chest on monday could I work it again on Wednesday, or should I wait til Thursday?
I am 18 years old, does age help recovery time? My chest is still a bit sore on Wednesdays from the Monday workout but I have no problem working through it. Opinions/advice? I don't want to focus on doing chest too often and injure myself or have it be effectless

I'm going to work chest again tomorrow and see how it feels. I figure if I went to the gym Monday at noon and then I go again Wednesday at noon that will be 48 hours of recovery time. If this works well I'm going to rearrange my workout routine so I can hit muscle groups twice with a day of rest in between
