I think I mentioned it somewhere that I am currently suffering from a bulging disc L4. I have not been able to train over the last 2-3 months. I have done some exercises between then but usually it just ends up in pain and having to start again. Training now is just rehab. Also my shoulder injury has come back as some sort of mystic joke so I'm also rehabbing that.
It's depressing but I hope to make a full recovery.
Here is the damage so far, my diet is still high in protein but besides that I'm not eating healthy. I would be about 84kg here.
