there is nothing about that physique that is unattainable for a guy after a few years training. I've been in and out of training for awhile, so have the base. just havent worked on the "pretty" muscles that much.

only thing id struggle with is traps, as i have low insertions and i know without pharmaceuticals, its very difficult (maybe not possible) to get them to 'pop'.

But not possible to maintain for more than a few weeks. He'd have to blow up to 250 dreamer bulk and powerlift/powerbuild for a bunch of years... then cut down the bodyfat. would lose muscle without tech hell quick though if at low bodyfat.

just sayin, you can hit some pretty dope stats but as natty you won't hold that muscle at that low bodyfat for long, and you'd have to dreamer bulk / powerlift / powerbuild for awhile to develop the muscle mass. and you won't have the classic BBer physique, you'll have treetrunk legs, a thick core, wings for traps, big glutes, and reasonable chest (not huge)... but arms yeah very hard to put much mass on arms without some 'help'.

^ Of course thats assume average+ genetics, high protein and maintenance+ calories for a long long time. no abs for a long long time.

Tbh, that pic of brad in fight club is not a good representation of his physique in that movie. If you actually see the movie his physique looks a bit more impressive.
