The ONE piece of advice:
Don't be too concerned about looking lean. If you're 15, 16 years old...bulk for 4-5 years (keep your fat within the 15, 16 percent range) straight and then cut weight.
Others that I don't want to under emphasize:
In terms of exercises...
Train the front squat as much, if not more than the back squat.
In terms of diet...
Don't obsess about getting 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight. Don't obsess about getting 6 meals a day. For me personally, 80-120 grams a day of protein does it...1-2 meals a day is enough.
Get enough sleep

Don't read the fitness/muscle mags. They will brainwash you hard and it will take several years to let go of everything those mags told you to do. Mags are the sole reason for broscienestist still existing.

ur going to have relatively sh*tty results to what could have been if you focus on perfect form and full ROM all the time
gotta go heavy and naturally let dat dere form suffer a bit nom sayin' (a bit such as use of momentum or wobbliness or slight limiting of ROM, not injury style) .. obviously not squats and DLs which can fukk u up hardNever been hugged crew
