Why don't YOU make your own meal plan with foods YOU like eating rather than someone else telling you that you have to eat certain foods

Fuark meal plans. Use stickies, find out your BMR, from there work out your TDEE + 500kcal. You then have the amount of calories you need in a day to add 1lb per week. Next; read the stickies again and calculate your macros (protein, fats +carbs). Then youre ready to go. Them just take now of what you eat and add it up. If you think thats difficult, you won't last bulking. I do it most days, and within a couple of weeks of writing down the macros of each food, you won't need to do so very often after. I don't. It's easier than it sounds, and you get quick at measuring foods too. Also look ast IIFYM. For this I ensure I get my protein and fats, then whatever is left calorie wise,i eat what I want.

Yeah man, devise your own after you've calculated your macros

    http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=121703981

It's not hard; bulking is just eating at a surplus, there's no magical bulking foods.

Eat whatever you like that fits those macros, at any time of the day you want (no need for pre and post workout unless you personally prefer the satiety at those times) and try make it mostly whole and unprocessed foods.

The dumbest fat loss strategy ever devised is used by people that wake up early in the morning before going to work to do cardio and follow that up with "recovery shake." Congratulations, you just wasted two hours of your life." Martin Berkhan
