Well I'm cutting currently, but I'm wondering if I should try the keto diet. I've tried before, but I cheated and had to start over too many times lol. I know I can do it, I just have to set my mind to it. But anyway, should I try the keto diet or just go low carb. I don't want to lose a lot/any strength if possible.
