I live in the dorms at college and it's not particicularly easy to actually eat well/healthy to avoid gaining alot of fat on the way.
Felt like I could have gained much more?
My main questions are
-what does someone with 9-10 pounds of lean muscle look like (with low bf%)? I got like 18-20% body fat of course so I can't really see my gains.
-can you really notice any gains you've made if you had a 18-20% bf like I do?
- I think I calculated it all right, about how much I gained. But that was assuming my BF perecntage stayed about the same, what's the chance that my bodyfat would have increased during those 9 months while I was lifting? I could be wayy off on the amount of muscle i've gained.

that's true
but I was never in the state of having a low BF% so even if I did slim up, I wouldn't be able to compare my current self to before.
I don't feel like I look different (maybe more definition in tri's) but other people have said they have noticed growth.
Haha well my stomach looks consistent all the time, only time I notice that i've gotton fatter is if my pant size goes up :\
