hi guys right now i am a hb/olb for our team, but i was at a camp for our district team and they put me as a FB and i'm thinking to moving to fb in my team also. But last offseason i worked really hard to lose fat and gain speed so i really want to still be atheltic and atleast not slow, so i am available to play both positions. Right now im 15 years,5,7 160 lb and im thinking i need to gain some weight. How do i do this without getting fat and slow?
my workout routine:
monday: hill sprints,plyos + back/bicep
tuesday: chest/tric + football practise
wednesday: rest
thursday: shoulders + football practise
friday: hill sprints, plyos + lower body
saturday: easy jog for active recovery
sunday: rest
sometimes we got games on the weekends and that means i do lower body and shoulders on thursday and rest friday so i am fresh on saturday/sunday

Just eat more calories. With all the working out your doing you wont become slow or fat. Especially at your age.
