What's up im nick im lookin for a good workout routine that will get me gains an my diet is very clean im clearly eating alt of clean calories to stimulate muscle growth to get bigger but also i want to get that lean cut big look what would be away to drop that body fat im 5,6 an weigh159 im 18 is there any supplements i should be taking whey creatine how long should i rest for before hitin those muscles again please someone hook it up I've been workout for a month i got stronger i just don't see change
