Wow he's made some serious improvements. I remember when he won his pro card a few years back. I didn't get to excited cause so many with potential never pan out. But man he's done awsome with it!

This time last year Ced competed right after his wife and kids were in a bad car accident. As you can imagine it was not his best showing but he looks to be back on track and sportin' a very classic physique.

It is so hard to believe he is from my small town in Lancaster, South Carolina. Met Cedric at an Anytime Fitness in town once, very polite, very much willing to speak to anyone and very humble. Super great guy and I hope he gets that Mr. O one day. His passion for BBing will touch anyone that takes the time to hear him speak.

Massive improvements from 2008 looks phenomenal... did someone say super great guy? that's good to hear because there's a lot of arrogance in our sport and it just comes accross the wrong way.

Happy to see this news. He's one of my favorites. One of the few pros with a brain and he is also an advocate of DC Training style principles. He had a column in Muscular Development. Not sure if he still writes it.
