It is so hard to believe he is from my small town in Lancaster, South Carolina. Met Cedric at an Anytime Fitness in town once, very polite, very much willing to speak to anyone and very humble. Super great guy and I hope he gets that Mr. O one day. His passion for BBing will touch anyone that takes the time to hear him speak.

Happy to see this news. He's one of my favorites. One of the few pros with a brain and he is also an advocate of DC Training style principles. He had a column in Muscular Development. Not sure if he still writes it.
