Bioforge and Bioforge pro max stack

What should my dosage be for this stack?

Should I do -

2x Bioforge + 2x pro max upon waking (30min before food)

2x Bioforge + 2x pro max 30min before workout

On non workout days do 2x both in the morning 1x both before lunch then 1x both before dinner.

I weight 180lbs at 5.10.

Would love to hear what you guys have to say.

Also of the huge could come in and help that would he awesome. I'm on my iPhone and I have no access to Internet so the search engine is really long!

Any reason why you are stacking the two? What's your goal? Also, there is no benefit to a pre workout dose so you can take whenever, just make sure it is on an empty stomach (at least with BioForge).

I actually just wrapped up my ProMax last week and have 4 bottles BioForge on their way for later this summer (already ran twice before)

I ran a bottle of pro max last summer to lean out in my cut and I was very impressed.

I am now on a nice slow clean bulk and I have really good things about bf. I was think running them both together will aid in the leanest gains?

Would you recommend I run them together or run bf first then pro max

If you have never run BioForge I would run it separate. BF can lead to a nice jump in appetite, so it would make sense to run first as part of a lean bulk, then take a few weeks off before you start up ProMax

Great stack, simple and effective. Both times I have run BF/XF I have had great success (last run I also threw in TZ). Definitely excited to run BFv3 again later this summer (gonna do an XF run at the end of this month). And of course there is always a nice helping of Genomyx supps in for the ride

BF/XFA in full effect now, can't wait to add SSv2 to the mix
