I have never been cutting before but I have been on a sprinters routine recently aside of my bulking schedule and I got amazing response. Figured that I would cut some to see the difference.
Is there any routine that I should be aware about? Halp a newb cutter out.

This along with an article that I read some weeks ago on nerdfitness.com
basically its warmups, 80% sprinting 1-2 weeks, 90% for 1-2 weeks then 100% for 3 weeks starting over. I usualy just do intervals by own choice (30min 100%, 1min power walk rest, repeat x times) since I have been playing soccer when I was younger and im fit overall. Boosts your test and alot of other factors that goes hand in hand with what work I preform at the gym.
