    Unhappy Gyno Or just fat?

    my chest recently started to grow. i use to have quite abit of chest but now they look more like female breast ugly female breast!!! here are some pictures please let me know what you think. is it gyno or just lots of fat

    please let me know im 5'8 180 pounds and i play many sports. soccer, football, baseball and badminton however i can never lose weight. i would like any tips or advice no matter if you call me fat

    Looks like fat to me. Take a look at your diet structure if you are having trouble losing weight, lose fat & lose the Moobs (former Moobs Krew member).

    thanks for giving me your opinion. after the soccer season, im going to the gym and im going to give it all i have hoping that i can reduce them on this summer.

    ya looks like you just gained a bit more weight and your genetics stuck it in your chest area instead of your stomach. it'll be fine if you just work out and eat right

    Happens to me too, OP.
    First place I put on weight is my chest and I get moobs.
    Good thing is, it's normally the first place where the fat comes off when I start losing weight.

    Just get yourself a healthy diet and a good exercise plan. Bench pressing and flys are great for shaping your chest as the fat comes off.
