Just had 2oz of whole wheat pasta (35g carbs and about fist size) and a few meatballs

    mind=blown

pasta has to be one of the most complex-carb dense foods ever, 41g total carbs for 2oz, only 6g fiber in the whole wheat spaghetti...

macros for today are fuarked because I worked in the city and got a beef kebab from a cart on my way to the train station and it messed up my protein macros lol

    Successful refeed was successful.

I normally get 70-150 grams of carbs max. Today, I had 400.

Thanks, guys! Looked up some articles on leptin..veryy interesting. It MAY be prolonged dieting, because it's definitely not from low bf levels. I went to a coach for competing in physique this fall, and he estimated me at 18%. My goal is 12%. Gonna be a long road!

And Bonkies lol I know what you mean! Today it's been like 3 chicken breasts, 3 bowls of mixed vegetables, and 1 bowl of sludge, all before 5 pm. drinking black coffee like a mother phucker right now, trying not to eat until 9. So close...

Ended up with macros closely resembling 81F / 87C / 228P for a little under 2k calories. Just hit deadlift + back and had to get some protein in postworkout so I drank half the shake I prepped once I realized I was way over my macros and didn't want to take in 250g + protein today. Tomorrow and friday are 120-150 carb days which means possibly french toast with wheat bread or heart smart blueberry pancakes. omnomnomnom

    Quick question:

So I just started this job that is basically 100% physical labor for 10hrs per day. It's cool and all but I haven't the slightest idea what my maintenance is. The past few days I've just been eating at least twice as much as before. How should I go about figuring my new maintenance? Keep in mind that my kcal expenditure could vary dramatically from day to day depending on how busy I get on the job. Is it a lost cause; should I just go by hunger/feel?

despite what most people will tell you in here, many people, including yourself, can be successful at dieting by eating "slightly less" and using moderation. macros and IIFYM give the dieter extreme control over their diet. Although, if I were you, I would just eat when i'm hungry and work hard. Manual laborers carry more muscle by default from lots of heavy work and you will eventually be conditioned for the workload.

^and yes, I am talking about myself with the control part. Being in control is one of the things I do best in life and it's part of the reason bodybuilding has really "fit" for me.

Never the less, leg day was a success.
frumpy I know this feel, I really have only about 6 months of real bulking time on my body so far. I have been lifting for a little over a 15 months now. Lean bulk ftw!!! I plan on tracking macros whilst bulking for the next 2+ years almost nonstop.

there is no way someone doesn't have cheat day, just for the mood it helps quite a lot

I personally have two cheat days, I eat whatever I want in the week-ends but make sure to never have a surplus, still losing weight...

I can't wait till the weekend so I can make my blueberry heart smart pancakes with walden farms cal free pancake syrup. It is the best one of all WF products IMO, but the choc syrup and dip are both awesome too. Dip I only use with strawberries and it's a match made in heaven.

Today went well brahs. First day of cut and already feeling leaner. Probably because i'm usually bloated from drinking soda/sodium/no drinking any water

    Just straight water today. Feelsgoodman.

I love how i don't feel lethargic at all on my cut.

BTW here's some sick motivating trance tunes brah. fuarrkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk
