All I know it's prolly over 13% bf because you need at least under 12% to see abs. Why don't you calculate it yourself? You need your dimensions of you body and find a site that calculates it for you.

Yeah, over 13% for sure, though it partly relies on your genetics on which bodyfat percentage your abs will start to show up on. I know from my own experience that i was hovering on about 11-12% and only the top abs were showing.Originally Posted by xSteven
