    I went from 210 to 170 lbs 2 years ago

    I went from 210 to 170 lbs 2 years ago, I am back at 197 lbs now. Just can't seem to get strict on diet and exercise. I am currently in asia and just walking and doing body weight exercises but not losing a single pound. Losing all the motivation. It's pissing me off.

    either you are eating too much or you are eating unclean food or you are not eating frequently enough. those three would do it. plus the lack of exercise might also do it. just keep at it! just remember you've been down there before you can do it again
