    Best brand for resistance band?

Looking for a band to use for DB bench, pushups, rows, curls, etc. What brand is the most reputable? EliteFTS? Also, I assume I should get the "light" band (aprox. 1 1/8" dia.) or should I go for the "average" band (1 3/4" dia.)

How were you planning on doing DB bench with that type of band?

For most of the movements that you list, you're probably better off getting a set of resistance bands with handles. Lifeline USA and Bodylastics are two very well regarded brands for that type of band.

I have 3 pairs of EliteFTS resistance bands and love them. EliteFTS includes a chart that gives you different resistance levels based on how far you stretch them. I found that quite helpful.

I would start out with a pair of light bands for what you're doing.

I see. In that case, the EliteFTS bands should be fine, assuming you find a length that works for you.

If you're going to do this exercise, I'd recommend getting the original long bands.

Bodylastics by far is the best brand of bands you can buy with best guarantee if they break they replace them free for first 90 days, and any time after just pay shipping costs and still free.

    truth.

I incorporate them every day into my workouts, I workout at home and strap them to my pull-up bar, around my bb's for bench, curl, added resistance, not one has even show signs of wear n tear.
