My BMR is 1590 and my daily recommended calorie intake is 2150. Because of my muscle building diet, ive been taking in maybe 2500 calories day, and eating healthy. I need to lose 5 pounds of body fat tho and if i cut down to 1700 calories a day and burn 250 calories on the tredmill each day until i lose 5 pounds will i lose any muscle/ no gain any muscle?(need to for wresteling)

Well it takes 3500 calories roughly to gain/lose a pound. so at 1700 calories, if 2150 is your real maintenance, you should lose 5 pounds in about 5 weeks, but if you've been bulking for a while, it will probably be a little quicker as you'll lose water weight at first. I don't think I would do that much cardio a day while cutting to 1700, I would bet that you'll see some muscle loss. I would shoot more for 20 min a couple times a week if you really need it to come off that much quicker. Also drink more water if you're not drinking a lot already, you'll be less likely to hold the water weight if you're body knows it'll get more soon.
