Need Routine that doesn't involve legs

Long story short, been lifting weights for a while, but have been traveling last 6 months with no access to weights and lost 15 lbs of muscle, so am currently not too strong. I would look to a beginner routine, but all on this site involve legs (as they should), but I unfortunately have knee issues (similar to arthritis) and can't do much lower body. I'm looking for a routine, preferably 4-day per week, to build a base layer of muscle. Any advice for a routine or where to find one? Thanks

If you find a 5 day split just ignore the leg day and it will become a 4 day split.

You can do starting strength without the squats, deads, or power cleans.

Or my workout when I had a knee injury for example:

    1. Bench press
    2. sitting BB shoulder press
    3. some type of rows ---> BB and DB hurt (T-bar machine, cable)
    4. Weighted pull ups
    5. Another movement.
