Creatine miracle supplement if used right?

Creatine a miracle supplement or over rated? I know some guys who swear by it (actually have a good physique) so whats the general opinion?

http://steroidjunkie.com/creatine-th...uld-be-taking/ Is a good article that shouts out about how "good" creatine is.

I just started taking creatine mono for the first time last week, and have been dosing ~5g per day since. Even though I'm cutting, I promise you my muscles look fuller and more vascular, and my strength/endurance has gone up considerably. I feel so stupid for waiting so long to start it.

well uh...congrats on your creatine gains. generally speaking, the positive effects of creatine are obtained cumulatively, over a period of weeks not days. but hey, who am i to judge...

Creatine works, I take 10-15 grams of mono a day when bulking, for 5-6 weeks at a time. 5 grams doesn't have the same effect. The strength gains are definitely there, but I don't see a difference in size (it does make you look vascular while you're on it tho).

Everything has to be in place to get the most results. Creatine cannot compensate for a crappy diet, a crappy program and a lack of rest. That is why it doesn't work for some people.

You know that extra 5-10g does **** right? Once ur PCr threshold is reached its reached. U only need 5g a day to stay saturated

Creatine is one of a handful of supplements that we know WORK. The flip-side of that, is when you discontinue use, you will lose a lot of what you gained. The results last as long as you keep taking it....which unless there is a zombie apocalypse, you should be just fine.

Honestly most people are taking 5 to 10 grams or more per day. Think about it 5 grams of whatever then what ever is in their pre and then a small amount thru diet
    Hemavol
    Potassium nitrate
    Reboot
    Phosphatidylserine
    Staples

Exactly, that's one reason why people don't know how to take creatine. You adjust ur dosage if u know it's in your pre

That's probably because you barely give yourself enough time to reach saturation @ 5g...

Its cheap and effective but no miracle. If your diet and training arent spot on you will get nothing from it. The guys who swear by it arent lying but if they are telling you their progress is primarily due to creatine thats outright wrong.

Does NOT take 5g a day to maintain creatine saturation.

I am not surprised that our world is so ****. generalize this type of thinking to the real world (banking, education, politics etc) and add the letters bro- in front of them, and you have the general recipe for how the world functions.

lol. No supplement is a miracle. But if you use it right at the top level. I do olympic lifting and I do it to a GOOD level. And if it helps me add 5lbs onto my lifts in a year thats another championship so it's worth it to me.

It would have been much more beneficial if you had taken CEE.
