Last year I was at the London Heathrow airport, where I was waiting for my transfer flight. Because I had missed my originally scheduled flight to London the day before, I had to stay overnight at the airport for my transfer flight. Anyways, all stores were closed at most of the terminals, so the few people who were also staying overnight were directed to an open area, where people could stay. There was one coffee shop that was opened 24/7, and a couple of other cafes around as well. So, I was chillin' at the coffee tables, just browsing the internet. I left for a couple of minutes to the bathroom, and upon my return I saw this cute girl who was sitting near my table. I wanted to talk to her, but was too beta. About 10 minutes later, when I least expected anything to happen (mind you, it was about 3-4 am in the morning), as I turned around to order something, the girl was right in front of me. She asked me about how the internet works at the airport and we talked a bit more after that. I don't know what it was, but the whole situation was just a great feeling.

I just spent 5-10 minutes writing about why I was feeling down but I realise I'm better to just say this. I was 17 and going through a stage where I felt down/depressed/teen angst. I went through this for about 4-3 months and my life sucked because of it.

I finally finished community college for that year (most depressing place ever) and had fallen out with all my friends because I didn't want to go out because of how I was feeling

Summer came and I was going on holiday to Florida with my family and I had started lifting pretty serious again. I remember arriving in florida late grabbing a pizza hut on way to hotel then falling asleep.

For some reason I woke up happy for the first time in ages. I went out to the balcony seen the sun and it was still 6.30 am and I had just had 8 hours perfect sleep. all my family were asleep so i went for a jog down international drive for 30 minutes. was amazing. got back and had a shower and chilled on balcony while family woke up. we went to a place called downtown disney and were in a virgin megastore. I was watching this dude play guitar hero and he went in a rage and threw the guitar when he failed. this cute girl came from nowhere behind me and started laughing our azzss off when he left. she was cute as hell. ended up walking around with her for an hour before she had to go see a circus show or some ****. but I was spitting the best game I never knew I had at her and she was mirin. my confidence was sky high we then went on some airboat ride in a swamp where you can see alligators and stuff. I remember being on the boat looking up to the clear sky, seeing the beautiful nature of the birds around the swamp and the trees thinking life is good and anyone has the power to be happy they just need to cut out the things that depress them from their life. basically that holiday was 2 weeks of heaven for me and gave me great amounts of motivation for the gym for when I got back, until I dislocated my shoulder. those 2 weeks I felt high I was so happy. my parents were shocked I think at how happy I was acting lol. I would get up at 6am every morning for jogs and life was damn good

of course when I got back to real life I was downed because I had experiences that high, but I used it as motivation to better myself and I'm very happy with my life at the moment. I'm going back to Florida in 5 weeks again and it's gonna be good. I've been counting down the days till I got back last year

not really a moment but I wanted that holiday to last forever, no worry about anything except having a good time. 2 weeks that changed my life.
