    Red face At what age does facial hair stop developing??(srs)

    RT misc. I have pretty weak/thin facial hair, not a lot of density, except on my neck, if it grows out at all I just look like a dirt ball. when did you're facial hair stop developing?

    I currently am training arms 3x a week. 7-8 direct sets for biceps and 1 direct set for triceps. Rep range will generally be 8-15 but sometimes there will be a set or three in the 6-7 rep range and/or the 16-22 rep range. I sometimes will train a fourth day and just do two high rep (20-35) sets of curls. One supinated and one hammer grip. This has worked well for me. Most people in the gym call me the "Arms guy".

    if you dont have good coverage now (like if you are patchy and not dense/thick) you will likely never get a lazar type beard.

    strong hairline means either you have resistant folicles to testosterone and wont lose your hair...Most people will recede over time though (like arnold). Or you could just be producing low T (this is highly unlikely)

    yeah, but be careful because the ingredient in rogaine can lower blood pressure and the skin where you will be applying it is thin so you will absorb a lot of it in your system.

    I would research into it more before trying it. google jeff's beard board. there's plenty of guys that have tried it and you can decide if it's something you would like to try. it takes a while to see any results though, more than a month or two.
