I have aminolast and n'gage now just thinking of what to buy, I want to get around 14g per workout and see if it helps with recovery.

5 grams of BCAAs is 5 grams of BCAAs. Who gives a **** how much is in one "scoop". Use a bigger ****ing scoop.

Well sometimes companies will give 10 grams of BCAA per scoop and having 30 servings compared to like 6g BCAA with 30 scoops that means you could get 10 for 30> or 10 for 15 per serving... Some companies will make it cheaper that routeOriginally Posted by Roseburia
