The track workout at 7am this morning went good. It was alot of fun. I did it to perfection. THen i did bleachers. Those were fun. Now im eating some food. I did a grand finale movement on the last 400 on some of the 1000 meter repeats.. I ran 59 seconds on one of them. I feel stronger. Now i have to do another track workout later.

Wow cant believe how strong im getting. IM setting personal records every time i go to the track and to the gym in everything.. Set like 100 personal records over the last year.
THis just goes to show that i am now 3 or 4 times as strong than when i was 20-28 years old..
I have to go eat more food to get even stronger. IM going back to my basement to watch tv and eat more stuff. Then tomorrow i have to do a track workout at 7am. Going to only do 2 track workouts tomorrow though and lift twice..
I might have a picnic before one of my track workouts, need to make sure that i bring soy, butter, wedding soup, a dash of candy and some green beans and some potato chips. Then im going to do my track workout.
Im going to do 2000 meter repeats i think with about a 8 or 10 min rest in between.. Im going to do about 4 or 5 of them. They should be fun.
