Was good to train with Rob today great guy. was was running on empty by the time we were done since todays session was a lot longer then my normal 45 mins.

That looked like a fun session. I never knew that your training is usually 45 minutes. You seem to get a lot done in that timeframe. What are your rest periods like? 30-45 seconds?

usually about that. I used to train for atleast an hour but I was just over training

for real. we have a hill outside of the pit that we flip out on and i can tell you, fuk that noise for multiple sets
