one of the first benefits i noticed while on no fap was that the little acne i had cleared up brah. could be that initial raise in test first 7 days of fapping (100% more test or some crazy chit) that's causing it. this goes back to normal after a week so it should clear up. if it doesn't then it's probably something else causing it?
