So I just read this article on calorie cycling and bulking, and I found it quite interesting:

I was just wondering what you guys think about doing this? Is using this strategy - eating high calorie (+500 maintenance) for like 5-7 days and then eating low calorie (-500 maintenance) for ~2days - an effective way to bulk? And does it ACTUALLY do anything in terms of limiting fat gain while on a bulk, or are you just better off eating high calorie all the time while you are bulking?
Thanks

So basically it aint gonna work in yr opinion? I would think it wud at least help minimize fat gain cuz you know how if you've got too much glycogen and eat more carbs it gets cinverted into fat, so 2 days of depleting carbs should let you're body absorb them carbs and glycogen, which in turn should allow for a "leaner" bulk.
