Hey guys, My name is Dan. 18 Years old. 5'9'', 172
I've always been in okay shape, played Tennis in highschool. Went away to college and kind of put on a gut. I'm going to try and fix my diet habits (this has always been my biggest downfall- my parents love to cook/eat unhealthy foods), while doing SS with my friend to put on some muscle.
Follow me on my journey over this summer. Today (5/17/12) my friend and I will be lifting and trying to get our max lifts before actually beginning on Monday (5/21).
Bodyweight: 171.9
Squat: 70 3x5
Bench: 100 3x5
Deadlift 110 3x5 (this is all the weights we had, coulda maybe gone higher.
