My music is all over the place, I'll listen to alot of As I lay dying, Killswitch Engage, for the heavy stuff. If you all like the electro/house type music download iheartradio and listen to Rock the Cut: Electronic while you workout. I'll listen to alot of afrojack or DJ Bl3nd's mixes are realllly high energy if your into the heavy electro stuff look him up on youtube.

I'll listen to a lot of different stuff, depends on the day I guess. Some of my main go to bands are Sevendust and Black Label Society. But if I'm feeling nostalgic...the Rocky IV soundtrack, lol. When I was deployed a buddy asked me what I listened to when we were working out, I told him the Rocky IV soundtrack and he called me a douche, but like a week later he was listening to it too, lol.

Keep it going in the gym!
When you chose music to workout to remember you don’t want to slow down and you don’t want to go to sleep. Music is an inspiration, so get inspired and rip it hard in the gym. When i listen to music and work out i like it to still move me and have a good rhythm, so i create Playlist. I don’t just turn on the radio, or put on anything. I label all of my playlist accordingly to what they were intended for. So when i get ready to sweat i'll have the right weapon. All i'm sayin’ is when you’re ready to be serious take it serious and i mean it; don’t just give 50% give a hundred! If it’s important to you then it should be important to you. Stop taking short cuts and quit playin' around and lose the weight, or gain the muscle. If you’re doing it it'll happen quicker than you can say...
