So I am trying to cut.. After my workout should I take 30g whey + 40g dextrose (glucose) or should I just take the 30g whey isolates???

Isolates will be lower in calories, so if you're having a hard time fitting in the whey/dextrose then just do isolates. The dextrose isn't hugely necessary either.
Odd question: Is your nickname in reference to hacky-sack/footbag playing, or something completely different? I've heard it go by many names.
