    recomp SRS

    guys i was wondering if there is a legitimate way to BUILD muscle and LOSE fat or REDUCE bodyfat percentage at the same time or in total at the end of the day. now i know this may be less efficient than the bulk and cut type cycle but as a 15 year old who bulked a little too far (about 17-20% bodyfat) i dont really wanna cut being this young but i dont want to bulk either in fear of increasing this. so any ways on doing this would be much appreciated. thanks

    hit the weights hard and just eat when you're hungry. try to avoid junk food and eat plenty of meat and veggies.

    focus on exercise and active play and less on your diet.

    try not to stress too much about bulking and cutting as it's tough to get an accurate TDEE at your age anyway.
