Lol, 225 isn't even that much. Not hating though, most I've done is 165 though. I'm guessing I could do 1 or 2 reps of like 180 though. Still, I don't speak highly at all of my benching abilities.

My best set was x20. Always lifted poverty weights in my garage since I was like 14 but took me like a month to get 225 in the gym. It was really just a matter of adjusting to the bar.
