Hey guys, does sugar free red bull hurt your cut?
It says it has 0g of sugar and 0 calories, so I'm guessing not???
Can someone answer this AND explain why?

it has 10 calories per can and some sodium

Plus the caffeine in there will probably end up burning more then the 10 calories in contains

This actually might help your cut. Caffeine increases thermogenesis via epinephrine. In other words, caffeine boosts adrenaline which burns fat.
