Best Fat Burners?

Hello

Could you guys advise me on the best fat burners out there?

I know what there is to know about proper nutrition and exercise, but I really need something that destroys appetite.

I have used ripped freak and found it good but the raspberry ketone after taste really gets to me.

I have also used phentermine (prescription only) and it was a little too intense.

Any suggestions on what has worked for you. I would also prefer just 1 product, not something like ECA stack.

oxyelite pro if you really have to take one. if you can get past the jitters and nauseous feeling when starting it out, it should work for you. nothing curbed my appetite as much as OE Pro.

How long have you been eating at a deficit OP? Are you sub-10% body fat?

I've had great luck with EC stack. Caffeine alone does a little bit too, but habitual coffee drinkers like myself don't notice it as much. EC has been awesome for me, can't say I've felt my gut rumble once in weeks.

Tried a couple of commercial fat burners prior to; they did zilch for me.

I've never personally tried an EC stack, but its pretty obvious from public opinion, its one of the best avenues to go.

But if you didn't want to try that road, i've got nothing but great things to say about Super HD and T7 stacked together by cellucor.

My appetite has been destroyed and i'm making some real progress.

Fresh grapefruit, caffiene and green tea.

Grapefruit is great for suppressing appetite. its natural and its cheap.

Thank you, I am a fan of grapefruit, I'll throw it into my daily diet.

Maybe a stupid question, I've been looking up reviews of oxyelelite online and it sounds great. I want to buy some, GNC sells it for double (60) what a lesser known site does, Nutra Planet (30).

Caffeine pills from a nutrition store labeled "Fat Lost" -- $50+ (Roughly 50 pills)
Caffeine pills from Wal-mart -- $8 (Roughly 100-200 pills)

They are designed to get the heart pumping more thus increasing how many calories you burn. Not worth the aches, irritability, and occasional sleeplessness.

Don't waste your money on pills. Try coffee, green tea, water, and do IF. IF makes cutting a load easier.

I actually did intermittent fasting last year and successfully lost weight, though obviously there are other factors involved. Well, I did the warrior diet.

I actually really liked it. I'll probably do it for a few weeks again, but I need to do something that's a bit more social-friendly and more sustainable from here on in.

I have sickle cell anemia, so I am a little hesitant to use diet pills again honestly. But my appetite is ****ing insane.

Isnt EC stack banned in the US and New Zealand, amongst other places?

Why is it okay to use? Isnt it safer to just up your coffee intake?

Ehpedrine HCL is available in Canada at drugstores and supplement stores. Sold as an "oral decongestant" in 8mg pills. Legal when sold for that purpose as I understand it.
