been doing arts psych until i figured out what i wanted to do, which will hopefully be commerce if the gpa stars align and grant me safe passage to a rank of 90 or higher
and yer at UQ, cant be certain he was suggesting juice but yer, caught him looking at me a few times, i think he was jelly. which is strange seeing as there are a few over the top blatant juicers there, so i dont know how i became public enemy number 1

Pretty stoked with tonights session, brah. First time back doing heavy deads for a couple of weeks, and coming off the back of a pretty dirty cold. Still managed 195kg x 3 on deads, getting super close to a 2.5x bodyweight max! Will have it come cutting season for sure.

Got a massive forearm pump tonight from chest???
And did 7 unassisted clean reps on bench at 100kg which is equal PR so pretty happy!
Dat incline though ... Weak.

Mate deadset, i dropped to a weight where 5x12 @ 90s set breaks was hard, added 5-10kg a week, would stay on a weight if I couldn't make the reps...then up it, even if that last rep was a struggle. At 90kg I dropped to 4x10... In 2 months I went from bench 60kg to a new 1Rm of 140kg.
Guessing because I'd NEVER done Such high volume.#61

Sup brahs, back from quick holiday in QLD, was fun but did not eat healthy protonz, my angus was not peppered. But home now and can eat healthy again! Gym tomorrow, my body is ready!

I've done Sheiko 29. Rate it highly, brah. Strength gains were good, and it's not as hard as it looks as you never really lift much over 80%. Just be prepared for super long workouts (like 2 hours).

Chest Monday today... flat bench DB 50KGs. 3 sets with 8 reps, 7 reps then 6 reps with dropset with 30KG DBs on last set. Walked away to do incline and this big guy comes up and says.... what juice are you on.. I've never seen someone your size put up such weight... Lol'd hard though.

2 hour work outs with no pwo sounds farkin draining... i used to spend 2 hours a day when on PHAT but id be taking 2-3 scoops of jack3d a session... duno how i'd go with none. might just harden the fuk up and do it

What's up Aussie Brethren!
Past two weeks I've finally been able to push 3 plates aside squatting. Only on my 3rd set though, and not quite ATG yet, but definitely bellow parallel. feelsgoodthough because that's what I was aiming for when I joined the gym late last year. Can only get better from here right?
Also had a good chest day today, inclined DB Pressed 42KG for 10 second set, then 10 3rd set with spotting on the last 2 reps.
oh and the wheels as of now:
STFU AND LIFT...Tears get you sympathy, sweat will get you results.

Everywhere I go Ausbrahs are on that flu time.
Have avoided in the past but I don't want to get struck down and miss gym. Feelsnervousman.
Quality chest session last night but was a pain in the arse getting there early and it not counting for **** as I had to wait around for the bench anyway.
